JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Learn about key products deployed monthly/quarterly;

– Inform and implement sales policies and promotional programs;

– Coordinate with Distributors to develop and implement promotion programs for C2 Agents;

– Share with Distributors and Distributor staff: Product information, sales methods;

– Notify and implement warranty policy;

– Resolve customer feedback;

– Caring for and developing old customers;

– Open new distributor customers to ensure local coverage;

– Manage and collect customer debt according to company regulations;

– Report, summarize implementation and propose market development plans.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

– Male candidates, no qualifications required;

– Have experience from 01 year in market sales (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in electrical and household appliances);

– Enthusiasm and love for business;

– Ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
