Inauguration of Simon Vietnam factory in Hung Yen

On June 4, 2022, Simon Vietnam officially inaugurated a factory producing electrical equipment and LED projection equipment with a total investment of 20.4 million USD in Yen My II Industrial Park, Yen My district. , hung Yen province.

Attending the inauguration ceremony were the chairman of the group, the leaders of Simon Group in Spain, the leaders of Simon Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company in Vietnam and more than 300 partners.

At the ceremony, Mr. Esteban Bretcha, leader of Simon Group said: “The investment in Simon Vietnam factory is one of the beginnings that shows the long-term and serious commitment of the group. In addition, we will continue to invest in R&D development, production management, investment in modern equipment, warehousing and distribution channel system. Simon is committed to providing faster and better products and services of electrical equipment, lighting equipment, smart equipment... to Vietnamese customers and expanding to neighboring countries such as Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar…”.

On behalf of Simon Vietnam Electrical Equipment Company, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai (the company's general director) spoke at the ceremony: “Simon Vietnam factory officially started construction on June 24, 2021, right after the Covid pandemic spread nationwide, the whole country joined hands to fight the epidemic with limited contact and especially many blockades. Provinces and regions have greatly influenced the progress of factory construction. With the collective efforts of Simon and contractors, after more than 11 months, Simon Vietnam Factory has completed the construction of Simon Vietnam Factory with a total investment of more than 20 million USD on a land area of 25,000m2, has completed more than 24,000m2 of modern factory and warehouse system. As you know, Simon Vietnam is a member of Simon group established in 1916, currently headquartered in Barcelona city. We inherit the brand value, management system, technical research and development achievements and standard quality”.

The inauguration of the Simon Vietnam factory is the beginning of a serious and methodical investment, and also an important step forward for Simon with its commitment to long-term investment and accompanying the development of customers; prosperity of Vietnamese distributors, agents and customers.
